Before the Spring Festival of the Year of Horse, on February 13, HBIS held a video 2026 Spring Festival Gathering and HBIS CPC and Group Chairman Liu Jian, on behalf of HBIS, sent his new year greetings and best wishes to HBIS Group employees and their families in the globe.
HBIS President Wang Lanyu hosted the gathering and HBIS executives Li Beingjun, Wang Yaobin, Hu Zhigang, Dong Shidang, Huang Yongjian and Lin Zhangguo were also in the event.
Welcoming the new year, The group headquarters building is gradually filled with the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year, with bright red lanterns hung high.The window decoration of "galloping horses" and the Chinese knot adorned with the character "Fu", the azaleas, symbolizing prosperity and auspiciousness, are beginning to bloom, filling every corner with a festive and harmonious atmosphere. At 4:00Pm， Liu Jian, Wang Lanyu and other executives gathers and celebrated the new year.
Liu Jian said, the year of 2025 was an extraordinary and challenging year in the development of the group. In 2025, all members of HBIS worked toward performances and fulfilled their responsibilities. With their exceptional efforts, HBIS made a great leap forward. Before the coming of the year of the Horse, on behalf of HBIS Group, he offered his best wishes to all HBIS employees, their families, all retired HBIS people and HBIS teams overseas.
Liu Jian emphasized that 2026 was a key year in upgrading the steel sector of the group. HBIS, will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and firmly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Provincial CPC Committee and Provincial Government, as well as the requirements of the Provincial SASAC. It will focus on high end, intelligent, green, integrated, overseas, performance valuation and value creation oriented development, including stable and efficient production, low costs, upgraded products, new brands and integration. It will deepen its international cooperation and overseas development and ever enhance its core capacities and competitiveness. It will ensure a great start of the Fifteenth Five Year Plan and implement a high quality development and contribute new and greater strength in writing the chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Hebei.
